Bombón is a DJ collective and music group based in Houston, Texas, with members spanning across the nation. They are celebrated for their innovative fusion of Latin-inspired sounds.

Formed in 2010 by a group of pioneering DJs, Bombón celebrates Latin music and culture by blending genres like cumbia and Houston rap, creating their signature “screwmbia” sound.

Driven by a passion for discovering the next groundbreaking beat, in 2018 the collective founded Bombón Music, an independent label designed to foster global collaborations with fellow music producers. Their releases, along with additional music, can be found on platforms like Bandcamp and SoundCloud.
The collective’s legacy has grown from its humble beginnings as a local monthly party to a sought-after national act. They’re now known for their electrifying live performances and commitment to showcasing diverse Latin rhythms, Bombón has become a key force in shaping the future of Latin music, leaving a lasting impact on the Texas music scene and beyond.

Founded by Gracie Chávez and Alex Nava (DJ Navó), Bombón is made up of DJs and musicians of various musical and Latin backgrounds. The founding members originally consisted of OG Bobby Trill, Mistress of Ceremonies La Comadre Mel, percussionist Ilya Janos, Pupusa Papi (DJ Act Badd), Mexican Blackbird, and DJ/lead producer All Day Ray.
The list of growing members and associates include Austin-based DJ/turntablist DJ Zetroc, Miami-based DJ/producer Jean Sean and DJ Ill-Set, Chicago-based DJ/turtablist and music producer Boi Jeanius, Chicago-based Deejay Quality and ZUES better known as DJ/producer duo 2DLQTZ, collectively pronounced "Dos Delinquentes," Houston vocalist/rapper Buckamore, graphic designer JC/4thLrgst and Dominican DJ/producer Sofrito.
